Just recieved bylaws of psychick youth from sexT. E have no problem
with the document, it more clearly delineates the srtructure and purpose of
the order and its work. This document is necessary to protect the org.
legally  and engender discipline. E cannot understand why it would be
 considered top secret, if it should be implemented , when? salve
