If you're interested in 'Thelemic primers' by more contemporary authors, it's *gotta* be _The Magick of Thelema_ by Lon Milo Duquette, Weiser, ISBN 0-87728-778-3; $14.95. A great introductory text, with material of value to more experienced Thelemic magicians as well.
