There is a simpler explanation for the large number of camps vs. the smaller 
number of lodges.  You can have a camp with only one initiated member.  A 
lodge needs enough members initiated to at least III* to conduct III* 
initiations, and a lodge master must be at least V*.

I have never really been interested in Enochian magick. I guess I am
more wired for more earth-centered magick than that...even when I was
doing a lot of ceremonial work, a lot of my rituals had more in common
with Neo-paganism than with the old-line Hermetic Order GD rituals. I
really didn't stay in the 93GD long enough to get a feel for their
policies on the subject. I guess I tuned into this thread a little late,
because I didn't know it had anything to do with Enochiana.
