This sort of thing is of great interest to me, O. I don't know how the
legislation works, but suspect that (like everything else in Oz) it
may well have to wait until someone has the funds to support a 
long and costly court battle (Io Lawyers! Io Lawyers! Lawyers! - only
kidding }:-) ) against a blatent peice of discrimination then things
will probably remain the same.  What did you have in mind?
