While this echo has usually been called the "Base of Set" -- that's only a 
standard description line provided for sysops to place on their BBS menus if 
they so choose.  [The NL always used "Setian Discussions" as the description 
line instead of "Base of Set" -- it's completely arbitrary.]
The technical name of this echo (the one used at the software level to sort 
out echomail messages) has always been SET.
Did that make sense?
