I don't wish to trade it for anything, but you may look at mine. Is is a small book which an average reader could complete in a couple of hours at MOST. You might check a collection of Gnostic texts known as _The Nag-Hamadi Library_ You can get both of these through the Inter-Library Loan system. You can "order" them by phone through that department. It usually takes at least a couple of weeks before it get transfered to Tulsa. This last one I mentioned has the _Gospel of Thomas_ in it and that volume is probably as close as your gonna get to a "complete" collection of Gnostic texts. There is also some contention as to just what defines particular text as "Gnostic". 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718 From: Frc Area: Base of Set To: Lady Byron 21 Jun 92 08:34:00 Subject: Re: RE: Higher Self UpdReq LB> I know that it's a passive action. I think the NA/AA system is a form of magic. One establishes what "we" know as the "magical link" with the individuals "higher power" (of their own personal understanding) and uses that link to effect change in accordance with the individual will. 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718 From: Frc Area: Base of Set To: Pale Rider 21 Jun 92 08:45:00 Subject: Re: Zorastrian UpdReq PR> Does anyone know anything about Zorastrian (sp?)? Yes, if I don't get my hands on that book soon, I might have to go ahead and borrow it from the Library. I did get a used copy of The Gnostic Gospels by Elaine Pagels this weekend. I traded some books for it at Gardner's Books. It gives alot of quotes and gives the history, and is probably one of the best books on the topic as far as just talking about the different books, but it didn't give a list in it. I had to get the list from someone in this echo. If you ever want the list, I can upload it. Thanks for the reply.... 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718 From: Pale Rider Area: Base of Set To: Frc 21 Jun 92 23:28:00 Subject: Re: Zorastrian UpdReq Fr> Pale, AGAIN!......USE THE LIBRARY!
