       The RPSTOVAL Echo is the supporting Echo and home for RPSTOVAL Oasis of 
the O.T.O. (Ordo Templi Orientis) here in Southern Oregon, where this Echo 
thusly originates. Once upon a time, a lot of interesting discussions had 
gone on here. However, as it is now, it tends to be a method of communication 
between the Oasis members and our Oasis Master, Gerald Del Campo who has 
currently taken up residence in the Northern Reaches of Oregon. However, it 
should not, I feel, be limited solely to that use. If you wish, I can have 
the Sysop of this Echo and Board (Shades of Reality)--Darrin Hyrup post a 
more detailed purpose and some rules for use here... 
       The very name RPSTOVAL comes from a cipher in a passage from LIBER AL 
VEL LEGIS (chapt. II verse 76), or the Book of the Law (as it is more 
commonly known) as recieved by Aleister Crowley in 1904 e.v.
