Hi, Arthur.  You can get a portion of Liber Amrita from the File Library on 
this BBS.  From all that I have read and heard, I believe that one of the 
elixirs Crowley used was a mixture of semen and vaginal secretions that 
resulted after an hour of continuous coitus.  Ideally, the concentration of 
the participants were firmly fixed on the object of desire for the entire 
hour to properly charge the fluids.
A good and available text on the subject is called "De Arte Magica" by 
Crowley.  Needless to say, one must be a full master of magick and yoga to 
prepare this ultimate elixir.  Perhaps adaptations of this method may be made 
for less accomplished magicians but anything short of full control could have 
disasterous karmic effects.  This method deals with the very heart of the 
forces of human existence and even creation itself.  Discretion is the better 
part of valor in this case.
The general idea is to find a substance that will provide the body with an 
intense amount of life force without carrying with it waste substances that 
the body can't properly eliminate, such as most food.  It is the buildup of 
such wastes that causes aging and all disease.  An Elixir of Life is designed 
to be just such an agent of wasteless source of life force.  Perhaps there 
are many such elixirs used by those who know and can make them but any 
experimentation without thorough understanding of the principles involved 
could lead to harm or even death.  In Confessions, Crowley relates an 
experience where he used an improperly made elixir and suffered from lack of 
energy and sickness for weeks before recovering.
