 I may be moving.  My landlord is trying to pull some fascistic shit about 
Cats here.  While some of it I don't mind, having neutered my cat years ago, 
having to keep him in at all times, having to have him tagged, and giving a 
photo to the Slum Lord of my animal, reaks of fascism.  I'm seeking legal 
advise.  I would really hate to move out of here (especially since a Coffe 
House is opening up about fifty feet from my front door), but it don't feel 
like home no more...
