I was showing a friend a file containing some of the most common passwords; I 
believe it was the list the Internet worm used, or perhaps it was some other 
famous worm.
My friend's face went white when he saw his favorite password, that he's used 
on several BBSes, right there in the list... :-)
And then there's the time, long ago when I was a different person, when the 
system administrator of a certain system didn't believe me when my response 
to the question "how long did it take you to hack my password?" was "uhm, it 
was the first word I tried.  Just sat there and typed it in."  It's not *MY* 
fault he used his wife's first name as a password.  And then replaced it with 
his license plate number...
