I seriously doubt that our founding fathers wanted people to write lyrics which might potentially lead people to violence or drug abuse. Don't missunderstand me; I am not one to talk about drug use OR music, as I was once a musician with a drug problem. The point I am trying to make is that if you want to burn flags. go for it... but know that this action will probably lead some white-conservative-christian-heteresexual-senator from hell to legislate against flag burning. Some of the lyrical content in rap will cause the conservative senate to eventually implement some form of censorship which will be worded in such a way that it might include more "docile" music to be deemed "indecent". It's not a smart move to shock people into political oppression. It is hard to articulate this... I hope you understand hat I mean. Love is the Law. Gerald ... The problem in this "democracy" as you call it, is that we have absolutely no control of how our money is spent. If I don't want my money spent on war machinery I should be able to channel my tax dollars where I feel I would best be supporting my views and interests. Funny thing you have had the gonnads to call me a dictator but have said nothing of the Bush regime. Love is the Law. Gerald ... I thought you meant the NEA should fund any and all artists. There are too many of them. I wasn't talking about not funding the NEA. 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718
