It's a BIG book.. Close to 900 pages with real small type and small margins. Definitely the largest book Barker has written to date. KB> does lumley write horror too? i haven't heard of him. He's best known for his Necroscope series, which consist of Necroscope, Vamphyri, The Source, Deadspeak and Deadspawn. All are over 400+ pages and are the most unique and interesting vampire series I've ever read. His other books published in the US are : Psychomech, Psychoshpere, Psychomok, House of Doors, Demogoron and Bloodbrothers. He's also done a series of Fantasy books of adventures in H.P. Lovecrafts' Dreamlands called the Dreamland series : Hero of Dreams, Ship of Dreams, Mad Moon of Dreams and Iced on Aran. (Which are his only books under 400 pages. They average about 200) I've loved everything he's written up to now... KB> it still could happen. i'll keep you posted! One of my personal favorites. A BA> little more sane and much too close to fantasy to fit under Horror, BA> but worth the read, imHo. Barker is almost more of a Fantasy write now than a horror writer, IMO. Weaveworld, Great and Secret Show and Imajia are all more imagination than horror. Have you read Thief of Always? It's a good "kids" book. Barker is currently working on an animated film based on it. -=Sinistar=- 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718 From: The Sinistar Area: Night Side To: Charles Nemo 26 Apr 94 21:31:00 Subject: Re: _Evil_ Rec'd UpdReq CN> Hey, all you "True Crime Book Fanatics" and serial/mass killer CN> wannabes, check out _Evil_, a *fine* 30-page 'zine with lots of CN> reviews, articles and tips on all the latest doings in True Crime.
