Crappie...well ok, Gar....YUK! As bad as carp! And, the Blue is 'bout the only 
place for trout...overfished and understocked.

That would depend on the nature of the U.S. Government and any
extradition treaties it might have with other governments.  Basically,
this bill, if it were enacted into law, would mean that if you, from the
Netherlands, were to post something that *any* jurisdiction in the U.S.
found to be 'obscene' (by their *local* definition of 'obscene), you
would be in violation of U.S. Federal law, and if your Government were
to cooperate with the U.S. Government, liable to extradition and
prosecution for that violation.
