Not from the same tradition as An it harm none, do what thou wilt (or variations thereon). The former is from the Book of the Law, the central document of Aleister Crowley's work which forms the basis of what is called Thelema. The latter, of course, is the Wiccan Rede, central in the lines of Wicca descended from (at least) Gardner's work. Thelemites often open letters or other statements with "Do what thou wilt..." just as we often close with, Love is the law, love under will.
