From: Sewa Yoleme Area: Magical Plants To: Zosimos 10 Jul 94 18:47:14 Subject: PROBLEMS! UpdReq For the past two days I've been having a lot of trouble with two things: extra garbage on the screen, particularly at log-in (but at other times as well), and with uploading packets. (That's why you've seen me log on so many times in the past two days; I'm not messing around, I'm just trying to finish one upload!) The last time I logged on there was so much garbage I couldn't even leave you a message; this time I don't see anything at all, so maybe the upload will go smoother, though that's been no guarantee when I've tried yesterday and earlier today. I use the Blue Wave door. I have a packet of six messages in different conferences to upload; the upload seems to go well, but when it unpacks the messages, it goes through three of the messages, says they're duplicates and it's skipping them (even though they're *not* duplicates--I've checked, and they're brand new)--then does nothing about the other three in the packet. This has happened at least five times, maybe more. I'm going to try it again now, but I thought you should know in case I'm not successful... I'll leave you another message in a minute after I attempt the upload, telling you whether or not I was successful. 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718 From: Sewa Yoleme Area: Magical Plants To: Zosimos 10 Jul 94 18:52:52 Subject: NOPE... UpdReq Nope, it didn't work. This time it aborted me while I was transferring--twice. I'll try again later tonight, but I thought I should tell you anyway, and ask for any advice you might give me. Thanks. 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718 From: Dan Rothschild Area: Magical Plants To: All 9 Jul 94 21:23:50 Subject: Yage UpdReq From: dan@brewich.com (Dan Rothschild) Newsgroups: nuit.mag_plants Subject: Yage Sparkl@f0.n9816.z666.fidonet.org (Sparkl) writes: > I don't know what you know about M.A.O. inhibitors, but to make me feel > better; M.A.O. inhibitors are a class of drugs used originally as > antidepressants, and they work for that quite well.
