  I hear you on that one...I had friends assisting me in keeping ye old "white 
light" around me, positive vibes on my one experiance...I still wouldn't 
reccomend it to anyone, not even an avowed enemy.
  I also had less-than-perfect results with hawiian woodrose seeds. Nothing 
definate, just a lousy nights sleep and a lingering sense of ill being.  I've 
had lots more positive results with things like Kava kava and so forth...
I can't believe that gamblers used to nibble jimson weed seeds to assist them 
in poker....

Maybe it's a good idea to get yourself a REALLY GOOD herbal. If you can't 
find them then....  Maybe you don't need them as badly as you think
