I'm also taking advantage of yes, I have your #; DB was kind enough to pass it on. I'll try to call this Saturday. I've been going away weekends, and I hate to call at premium rate times. Heh, I dunno about Berlex' employees, but I a couple hundred This is way worse than the $4000/year I read in one article!!! Let's hope it's easy to make and that Mexican generic will be dirt cheap. Berlex knows it's got people by the myelin and can command this price, probably makes the stuff for 1% of the sell price. RD>do...it's an especially pernicious "carrot & stick" trick in my case, as RD>the possibility that "years could be added to my life" is being offered, In your case it seems like you have no choice but to pay up and hope you get your money's worth. It'd be nice of Berlex to settle for the insurance portion of the cost, but I doubt if their stockholders will want to give up fat dividends in the name of philantropy. This particular relapse is manifesting with LOTS of CNS RD>pain...alla de way up the spinal cord, and intermittant "headaches" of RD>the sort you get after a lumbar puncture. I've heard good old-fashioned "I once complained because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet." Hearing your plight comforts me that I could be in a lot worse shape - knock on wood. I'm still mostly functional, and have never had pain as part of the disease. I fear the day will come when I can no longer see or walk, being thankful for each year that it doesn't happen. I get depressed when I see people in the latter stages of MS, and for that reason will not attend a support group. We can only hope that science will come through for us. RD>hope this stuff will do me some good, and keep reminding myself I'm game RD>till the end in the meantime. ;> Good for you! I have adopted a Zen attitude of acceptance concerning my condition, though being blind will be hard to accept. I'll just have to make good use of my good years. 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718 From: Genghis Khan Area: Magical Plants To: Deep Black 5 Apr 94 14:00:42 Subject: Re: datura UpdReq BL> Take 3 grams ground datura. I started messing with Datura stramonium (Jimsonweed) and mixed seeds with a dose of LSD once. It was the worst experience of my life. I was totally out of it. I lost all concepts of reality. Another time, I was just opening the thorn apples and emptying the seeds and absorbed enough of whatever to feel 'different' and have mental disorganization. I disrecommend most datura sp. to everyone.
