    That extraction process works, but it's kind of laborious. My wife tried 
it once, and the mash blew up. She and her friend found it kind of hard to 
explain the burn marks on the linoleum...
    The genus Ipomoea seems to be somewhat more friendly than BHWR. Also
 Turbina (Rivea) corymbosa.
