Try contacting ...of the jungle.  They sell both the root (with instructions!) 
and extract.  Relatively inexpensive, and fast mail time. (the address:  box 
1801, sebastopol, CA 95473).  Send $2. If this info has been printed before I 
apologize. They also sell a bunch of other great stuff, seeds, plants, 
directions, and other misc. stuff. In the catalog is all kinds of info about 
what the plants do. A great source for South American/rainforest plants.
