Here is something else you can do. Eat a bunch of hot, spicy foods like picante sause or halipenos. It will burn your tongue and your body will produce endorphins to deaden the pain. The endorphins will spread to all areas and preduce the effects of opium. Have you ever watched somebody eating hot foods, they know damn well it is burning them, but somehow they can't seem to stop. Common sense would tell you to stop doing something that burned you, and yet you go on and on until it runs out. I assume it the effect of producing endorphin that produces this masochistic behavior. 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718 From: Starwyn Area: Magical Plants To: Loki 22 Jun 92 14:56:00 Subject: Re: hmmm.. UpdReq Bill, you can keep those spicy dishes to yourself, young man!!! On top of sunburn, i don't need my tongue on fire as well!! (gryn) I have to say, though, the people that have tried the lettuce cure seemed quite pleased with the pain relief. Hopefully, I won't need a sunburn cure anymore...think I learned my lesson last time, and it was NOT fun!!! :) Let's go camping soon, Starwyn* 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718
