I think what NChSh means by "boundaries (or parameters) of legality" refers to 
deals, selling, etc.  i.e. You can talk all you want about how to grow the 
stuff and how to prepare it but you'd best not talk about selling it!  It is 
that simple... No deals, just pure, raw, useful data.  :) Pax. 93
