Most of the people I would lump together as "Sleepers" or "Mundane" are not Intentional Mages. It is not a deragatory term for me any more than calling someone "Blonde" is... I make seldom use of categorizations, but I don't personally see the occassional use of such terms as Sleeper, Mundane, Plastic People, or whatever, as being such a particularly nasty thing to do. It makes things convenient at times. * SLMR 2.1a * Backup not found: (A)bort (R)etry (P)anic 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718 From: Mephisto Area: MagickNet To: RAIN 19 Oct 96 23:13:00 Subject: Pollution UpdReq RA>John Bradshaw, the famous recovery theorist, would agree with you (and so RA>would I). The decalog, presented for the Children of Israel, who quite apparently were having problems following the rules when they weren't "carved in stone"... So Lord God Yahweh Almighty slaps them down, spanks 'em, gives them the rule book, and makes it very clear what they can and cannot do. Much like one has to do with children. And from a certain perspective, such necessity, whether referring to a people or to children, could technically classify them as "mindless". Naive, perhaps. So the legend goes, the Priests had a different set of rules. It would seem that my comment has precedent. *shrug* * SLMR 2.1a * Unable to locate Coffee -- Operator Halted! 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718
