 I really just wanted to say thanks for the post...it was extremely 
informative and confirmed a few of my suspicions, as well as giving me a lot 
to think about.  ;>
 I've saved it for further pondering, and re-reading when I'm a bit less of an 
astro-dunce--something I'm working on even as we trade posts. At the moment, 
though, I'm not really in a position to add my own thoughts, since they're 
still trying <desperately?> to gel, and don't have any more specific 
questions...probably won't till I've done some more 
investigation/experimentat ion on my own.

Yeah, empathy can be difficult to handle (me too).
Good shielding and cleansing practices/ habits do help considerably, I've
found.  I get into the most trouble when I'm lax about these.
Do you know the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP), the 
MIddle Pillar/ sealing the aura exercise(s)?
I'll send them along too, if you wish.
