 In light of this yes the efects of the planet definetly seem to make more 
sense. I'm the kinda person who needs a logical explination for things. It 
just seems to make me feel more confident. Thanks for sheding alittle light 
on it! I never thought of past experiences having a part in the nature of a 
planets affects eather. but now that you said something I realize that in 
esence *everythings* personality is built from past experiences. I guess I 
already knew that it just wasnt a concience thought.ttyl!

who would divide and conquer us whether Christian, Pagan, Jew or
Moslem; Mormon or Native American, Hindu or Budhist. Our true
adversary may well be those in whom the public trust has been

Quoting from Perceptions Magazine, Winter '94 edition:

	"The 'Constitution of the United Nations Development
Organization' can be found in Senate Treaty Document No.97-19,
97th Congress, 1st session, 1981,82, confirmed by President Reagan
and the Senate.
	The United States Constitution, in the "Supremacy Clause"
of Article VI, declares treaties to be the supreme law of the land,
taking precedence over contrary state laws.
	The United Nations Constitution's preamble shows the 
intention to direct, control finance and subsidize all "natural
and human resources" and "agro-related as well as basic industries"
through "dynamic social and economic changes with a view to 
establishing a new international economic order."
	According to Rexford G. Tugwell, in his book The Emerging
Constitution, this "Newstates Constitution" was created under the
auspices of a Rockefeller tax-exempt foundation. The Rockefeller
family is thought to dominated the Council on Foreign Relations
(CFR).
	The U.N. Constitution also states, in Sections 1 and 15 of
Article I, that the rights of expression, communication, movement,
assembly, petition and Habeas Corpus are all eliminated during a
"declared emergency." Most significantly, it declares, "Until
each indicated change in the government shall have been completed,
the provisions of the existing Constitution and the organs of 
government shall cease as they are replaced by those authorized
under this Constitution." " (emphasis added.)
I have quoted the article faithfully above and now interject a
personal note. What type of emergency is not defined, and ergo
can be whatever the government deems appropriate to suspend the
rights illustrated above. Our Constitution, which guarentees
certain freedoms, would be replaced with this new Constitution
which gives government sweeping powers which establish a format
for dictatorship! This next bit of business is even more alarming.
"Another treaty that may soon be ratified is the United Nations
Convention on the Rights of The Child, which is intended to grant
to children rights to privacy, freedom of expression, free thought
and association. The rights will be enforced principally AGAINST
PARENTS, whose responsibility exists only in furthering the
independent choices of the child. All children MUST be REGISTERED
AT BIRTH, and agencies will be set up to investigate and
prosecute violations, such as a parent preventing a child from
interacting with material that the parent deems unacceptable. No
allowance is made for 'parental guidance.' It is the goal of the
state to direct the education of the people it governs toward the
philosophy of the New World Order as enshrined in the Charter of
the United Nations."  
In the above paragraph, which I have taken pains to quote with
complete accuracy, I have capitolized some of the verbage for
emphasis. What is being talked about here? It would suspend
your rights as a parent to guide your child as you would deem
proper. It sounds to me like enrolling your child in Sunday
school could get you prosecuted. Trying to keep pornography or
other materials inappropriate for your child out of their hands
would become a criminal act. As a parent, you become nothing
more than a tool for breeding more citizens of the STATE, who
would carefully groom that child to think along the party line
as opposed to learning the traditional values that you or I 
would hold dear. Your ability to raise your child in your path,
whether Pagan or Christian or Jew, or any other path, would 
become a criminal activity. 
It will pass into law and by the time you figure out what has
happened, the die will have been cast. While you and I may 
differ over religious issues or philosophical ones, our
distraction over our individual rights is being used by a
Juggernaut as an opportunity to overshadow the rights of us
all. 
Is it not time that we put aside quibbling with one another over
relatively minor issues on the microcosmic level and take note 
of what is happening on the macrocosmic level at which 
governments are now moving?
Rather than wallowing in our mistrust of one another, would it
not be far wiser to band together as patriots of America and
gather the documentation to substantiate the facts and confront
our elected officals with a demand that they stand against this
outrage to our personal and civil liberties? 
The old Soviet Union had a program to divide and conquer. While
the "evil empire" described by Reagan may have fallen, a far
more sinister one may lurk on our doorsteps very soon. 
 Now that you are aware of the facts, the question is:
What are you going to do with the knowledge?

Take note that Hitler disarmed the people of Germany as his 
dictatorship began to exercise control. That spirit is moving
in the USA today. 
Recently, a survey was circulated on some military bases to assess
the willingness of American soldiers to fire upon American people.
Why this survey?
Republicans and Democrats alike have been involved with these
treaties the United Nations is slowly putting forth. President
Carter signed a resolution under the "emergency" situation clause
that would allow the United States to suspend the Constitution, 
establish internment camps and detain the people.
Reagan, as you have read, signed similar legislation in concert with
the United Nations. 
Next time your Congressman or Senator has one of those little
"Town meeting" seances in your area- GO! Ask the hard questions
and don't settle for pat answers. The price of not getting
involved may be your children. Get educated on what treaties and
legislation is going on without you awareness and stand up to these
people who are selling us down the river!
