Kaplan's _The Encylopedia of Tarot_ vol. 1, he seems to imply that a picture of the Bembine Tablet or Tablet of Isis was published in the 1600's. He goes on to say that Eliphas Levi, W.Wynn Westcott, and Manley P. Hall have all put forth interpretations of the Bembine Tablet.
