I can't help much with astral projection as I've never found it necessary, and so, never learned it. But clairvoyance I might be able to help with. If I were you, I'd start with simple exercises like trying to know who's on the phone when it rings before you pick it up. Or who's at the door. Or what kind of situation you'll be in, say, at work, and what your actions will be, and what the actions of those around you will be. I surprise myself on that one sometimes. I'd also take a course on tarot card reading or palmistry, or any of the other disciplines that have to do with intuition. Runes, scrying, I Ching, etc. I find that when one focuses on training the intuition, said intuition grows. In fact, before you even take the course, get yourself some tarot cards, or tools of whatever discipline you feel drawn to, and read for yourself. Standard interpretations of cards or whatever are just a cue to get your intuition moving. I've read cards for 22 years now, and when I teach a tarot course the first thing I tell the students is that they don't really need me. The cards are dead pieces of pasteboard. It's my intuition which is stimulated by the cards that's the important thing. One could read with fingernail clippings if that was what got the intuitive juices flowing. In fact, one learns first to read with the cards. Then one learns to read without them. O.K. Off the soapbox. Good luck.
