Enochian magick is a specific system, based on the work of Elizabethan
magician John Dee and his seer, Edward Kelley. There are assorted flavors of 
Enochian working ranging from those doing very "purist" applications of Dee's 
original material, to the humongous expansion (or corruption, as some might 
say (g)) of the Enochian system engineered by MacGregor Mathers in the Golden 
Dawn system.
 The Enochian system revolves around a set of diagrams, from which various 
symbols and Divine and Angelic Names are constructed, and a series of 
invocations in the "Enochian" or "Angelic" tongue, channeled by Kelley
in the original workings.

 The 'Wm. Ayton' column is actually taken from the back of Robert
Turner's _Elizabethan Magic_.  What I had gotten via Ayton was the
time of Kelley's birth as well as the manuscript number that has
Kelley's chart in Dee's handwriting.  It's in _The Private Diary
of Dr. John Dee_ as a footnote and once again reads as follows:
 "Anno 1555, Aug. 1, hora quarta a meridie Wigorniae natus Dominus Edouardus 
Kelaeus, MS. Ashm. 1788, fol. 140, where there is a horoscope of this 
nativity in the handwriting of Dr. Dee."
