Are you sure you just didn't encounter one of the Governors of this Aethyr?
 It would also help to know which compass/elemental direction you encountered 
this personage in.  Also, you might want to learn the sigils for the 
Governors of TEX.

Whoa, looks like someone (probably 9600/0) did a major rescan on this echo.  
Tons of old messages popped up...  Some over a year old!  Glad that most of 
them were caught by my dupe checker.  :)
