I think Bertiaux is garbage. I once had his Voudon Gnostic Workbook and it
was totally useless. Besides most references I can remember were putting
down Crowley. Of course this is all ny opinion....

  It's not that common. Sometimes you find one for that price, but
more often you pay over a hundred for one. I paid 150 for the last one
I bought, but that was more to float a friend than "get it off the streets" 
..... ;-)
