Wewelsburg Castle is said to have been built on the site of ancient
Saxon fortifications and used as early as King Henry I's reign (930 C.E.)
as a defense against Hungarian invaders.
It was not acquired by the SS until 1933, some 1003 years later.

The Rune to which you refer comes from the Armanic Futhork of Guido von List 
and is a variation a Rune which is called GIBOR.  It is called the
God-Rune and represents the god-all, cosmic consciousness, the wedding 
together of powers, the generative and receptive, sacred marriage, the giver 
of the gift, and fulfillment.  
I am sure that it, like many other ancient symbols, has been adopted by
people of little knowledge and/or intelligence as a symbolic vehicle
for their own twisted agendas. 
As far as I know this Rune holds no particularly special meaning to those 
within the OTR.

Peter Gilmore in NYC disagrees with you, and stated to a close and trusted 
associate of mine that it was in fact THE SYMBOL of the Order of the 
Trapezoid. I kicked a skinhead out of a Korean deli last winter for being a 
disgrace to my genotype and humanity in general. This ignorant moron was 
harassing the cashier with chants of "Oi Oi Oi Oi, that's what we think of 
you!" while I was pulling a Guinness from the cooler. The pinhead had black 
stubble on his skull and brown eyes, and a GREAT BIG "wolf rune" tattooed on 
the back of his neck. I am blonde and blue; I discreetly showed my pistol to 
this young idiot and told him he was a disgrace to a tribe he wasn't even a 
member of. These guys offend me very deeply, they really do.
You've got to understand, this Nazi thing runs deep. I'm not a Jew, the name
