Hehee.  Sorry, should have been more specific (it's my life story)  :)
But you know, it would not surprise me a bit if with less than what we spend 
on defense we could fund EVERY artist... of course, then we would be 
inconvenienced with the task of defining "artist" in order to do away with 
the free-loaders.
