    The Game? In breathing, we partake of the Game. In seeing we taste a part 
of the Game. But to just be in the Game is like being one of theose plastic 
molded landforms in the boardgame Life. <shudder>
    Few I've met actually Play the Game. I'm convinced Shakespeare Played, 
(All the world is but a stage, and we the humble Players, or some such.). And 
a few Mages, or practicing magicians, or wiccans, or even high-school prom 
queens Play the Game.
    Some call it manipulation, others mind-games, but the True Game, the One 
Game brings to Life all that around you. ]
    It can be used for personal gain, or the beneficiance of others. It can be 
used for spiritual attainment, or to find spare change on the ground. We are 
all a part of the Great Game, each and every one of us manouvering for some 
position or another, but to Consciously take control of your Life, to see the 
pieces and not be ruled by them, that is to truly Play the Game.
     It's almost a religion to me. It is just so thrilling. There are so many 
aspects. Parents, teachers, modemators, co-workers, cliques to join, to 
destroy, to make look foolish, or to lead to the Presidency! Ahh, the thrill 
of the Game!
     That's why I chose Black Adder. He had fun, and made a success of 
himself. He plotted, schemed, and wormed his way through th Court system. 
But, for all his pretensions, he still came out in hilarious ways. Nothing 
ever went as planned. He often let pride blind him for long enough to lose 
the goal he had been trying for. Of course, he usually got something else, 
instead.
      But every time I see "Black Adder," I know not to take the Game too 
seriously. It is a game. I play to win, as well as to win. But I won't ever 
get so enmeshed that I lose sight of the humpor of my own actions. If at the 
end of a portion of the Game I cannot look back and laugh, as at a tc sitcom, 
I do not think I Played it nearly well enough.
      Wow. Almost forty lines of the Game. I've known men to die from less 
<G>. 
    
       Well, I bid you adieu, for now, and I strongly urge you to Play the 
Game. Its rules become apparent with every success, and every failure. Its 
limits are set by you. Your role in the Game is entirely of your own 
choosing. Master Wizard, humble dungeon keeper, or even a simple Gleeman, or 
Bard! the Poets have ever been best at the Game, as well the Madmen, who see 
through its deceptions and veils to the raw and pure core of reality. It is 
those who bend Reality to their Will who are the true Masters of the Game.
