By injecting the 93 Current with the Typhonian and Maatian forces he jacked up the magickal power of the current manyfold. I've always thought that Grant was a most productive author--probably the most magically creative author since Crowley. The essays written by Soror Nema expounding on this Liber are classical magickal literature. It's pretty good... Nothing outside of what was published in his various books. I don't have any poetry books by him (I don't know if such books of poety exist?). By the way, I think his wife Steffi is a great graphic artist! One thing that attracted me to Kenneth Grant's works was his mastery of the Quaballah as well as the artwork in the books. One can tell Spare had a great influence on Steffi's drawings. Many years ago, I picked up several issues of a magazine called Sothis. It contained several articles by Kenneth Grant, and I thought it was published in England (I'd have to dig up an issue to be certain). I've seen several adds/notices for an other magazine also called Sothis. I "think" this one is published in the USA (maybe Florida?). Is is run by any of the same principles that published the earlier mag? The price is far too high -- as I said recent prices have been in the $75.00 range maximum. By pure coincidence, I was offered the paperback today in good condition for $30.00, and I snapped it up only because I've been looking for it (not strenuously) as one of the last items of a Lovecraftian nature I have never seen. Do you want to sell your hardback version? If so, how much do you want? (Bear in mind that Skoob Books will be reprinting it in 1993, which will knock the stuffing out of the price, since most people only want the content and don't care whether or not it's a first edition.) 718499927771849992777184999277718499927771849992777184999277718 From: Frater Q.A.A. Spoke to Louis Martine this afternoon and after some miscommunications we were able to break up some preconceived notions Black Moon had about MagickNet! With the cooperation of Black Moon and some of it's many wonderful contributors, I have arranged for some discussions to be opened on the merging of Black Moon with Magick Net!!!! They were worried that all of the proceeds they recieved would be cut and the many programs for the impoverished communities they assist would be cut also. I believe I have convinced Louis that it would be in Black Moon's best interest to not only publish their materials Online but to change the path of Black Moon Publications towards the merging of the Data/Arcane worlds. More news as it develops! But please leave the uploading to Black Moon, as they must secure the authors permissions, and need to develop a way to ensure the authors recieve due credit in Public Domain. I also handed Louis off to Tony I. so that they can work out the merger. I believe he'll also be working closely with NaChSh and HaditNet down in New Orleans. This is truly a dawn for the New Aeon.
