Who am I, or who would the censor be, and by The only personal solution the the *adult* thing that I have over here as sysop of this board is that unless I know a person of a face to face and personal basis they don't get adult access, and then the only things that I have that require adult access is two Podnet echos (Merry Meat and Sex Magick). The -real- problem is not the sysops, it is the parents of the "kids". It is they afterall who are and should be solely responsible for their "kids". In otherwords, (a)if they don't want the "kids" exposed to cyberspace then (1) use and external modem and disconect it during inactivity, (2) lock the keyboard (most modern cases come with keyboard locks), (3) password protect their systems so that it requires a p-word to boot it, (4) and lastly, actually sit down and communicate their desires unto their "kids". This is a family matter, and not a -general social- matter; adults should control their homes. Parents hopefully lock up or keep out of reach medications, guns, bugsprays, ect, out of the reach of their kids; if they, the parent, doesn't desire lil' Joey to access cyberspace then they should act accordingly in the home and exorsise a little parental control. This is the only solution, and it doesn't require an act of congress or some redneck state legslature, just good old fashioned plain common sense. =M= 201434369420143436942014343694201434369420143436942014343694718
