I could have replied "Tu quoque," since replies are not allowed in that echo, but actually, the fact that I've almost never (can't even remember the last time) seen anything specifically on metaphysics there, and that the echo rules state that it is for "magazine-style articles," along with the type of articles usually seen there (Obits, etc.), led me to think that someone might get a chuckle out of this stuff. So far I've had three positive responses, not counting yours. Would it make you feel better if the exact same posts were placed in _Mundane_ instead? (I note that Farrell has had no objection to them.) However, feel free to start disserting metaphysically there anytime... That's one of the problems around here, too. As soon as they come in people are buying whole boxes...and what they can get is limited. My husband was quick to appreciate the wider variety of situations and ingenuity that adding fantasy creatures, artifacts and spells give to the game as opposed to a military strategy game. I doubt the people who are going to be expecting the devil to show up would bother to spend the money though. True, but then again, you don't know what the other player is going to bring into the match to start with. A lot of intuition comes into it in trying to outguess your opponent's deck before the game even starts. BA> Hmm..... there is supposed to be a Pocket Players Guide published soon, BA> along with "The Duellist" magizene for the game (you know a game hit big wh BA> they make a mag dedicated to the game!).. BA> Personally, I play either Blue, Green, or White, or combo thereof... Everyone I know has wards against the Swamp and Black Magic so they end up being too expensive in terms of Mana to play.
