  1. I stand at the center of Chaos
  2. The Infinite is within, and I within it
  3. I reach out to grasp the possible
    but the harder I try
    the more complete my failure
  4. The meaning eludes me
  5. Potentiality is not in itself enough
  6. I hold the threads that lead
    to my alternate futures
    but when I reach for another
    I lose the ones I hold
  7. In the sea of humanity
    I am alone
  8. In a fury of emotion
    I feel nothing
                                  II.
  Is there a path I must follow, a way I may go?
  To see the path, I must look ahead.
 To look ahead, my eyes must leave the ground.
 When my eyes leave the ground, I must stumble.
  How then can I see which branch to take?
  
 To look ahead, I must stop, e'er I stumble.
 To stop, I must refrain from motion.
 To refrain from motion, I must die.
  Is that the answer, that I must die to see how to live?
  
 To live, I must choose my path.
 To choose my path, I must die.
 To live and die, and yet live, I must...

  The answer eludes me

  Decisions
 Free Will
 The more of one, the less of the other
  Security
 Freedom
 The more of one, the less of the other
  Ignorance
 Knowledge
 The more of one, the less of the other?
