You asked about alkaloid content and method of use. The Arundo Donax contains nn-dmt (among other things) so, can I assume you are studying the oral dmt plant medicines? If you already have these plants then of course you will want info specific to them, but, if you haven't yet acquired the plants, maybe you should look to ones that are more available and have better quantity estimates. Peganum Harmala and Desmanthus Illinoensis come to mind. Whats you actual situation? PS an interesting thing I recently heard was that its becoming more common practice among ethnobotanists to NOT identify the active alkaloids in new plants because the identification often leads to classification as an illegal substance. And of course none of us like to deal with illegal substances.
