Hell yeah theres a penalty!!!! Its just like possesion of any other government 
persecuted Herb/Plant/Fungus... Penalties vary by state but possesion of 
Psycolbe (sp) or any derivitives is Illeagl in all states to the best of my 
knowledge...  Oh well, those are the risks of exploring what nature has given 
us.  But just remember Cigerettes Alcohol are both legal and fully supported 
by our beloved govt...So what the kill more people than all so-called illegal 
botanicals,  I suppose you have to be in the govt in order to understand this 
line of reasoning or lack there of.
