I wish I did, its based primarily upon statements made some years ago
when some sand paintings were made in New York regarding fertility,
and were intentionally left unfinished so as not to adversely affect
the birthrate...

  I don't remember exactly what was in it- I think it contained rosemary.
It seemed to be a sweet-smelling mixture, but the important thing seemed to be 
the spell of confidence and self-assurance that one put on oneself when one 
put the mixture on. I don't know if this is what you were looking for-
sorry I can't be more specific about the actual ingredients themselves but
the show was quite a while ago and I have forgotten.
