        Don't know what anyone else will say, but I would advise you to
        stay away from them until/unless you have considerably more
        magickal/ spiritual training.
        Y'see, it's like opening up your front door and allowing
        whatever happens to be going by to just come on in, sit down,
        make themselves comfortable, and give you advice on your
        personal life!  Does that sound wise to you??
        You need to learn how to do psychic cleansing, purification, and
        preparation before playing around with anything so potentially

hello there, i am fairly new to this echo and stuff, but anyway, i found your 
post a little odd because my cat (which i don't consider a familiar) always 
insists on being around when I am using tarot as well... I have never 
understood it, sometimes she even lays on my spread!  Anywy, just thought I 
would share this bizzare behavior.  She always seems to know when I am 
casting them, she will wake up from the other side of the house and come over 
to the room i am in just to watch.

I have "messed around" with ouija boards a few times, but to tell you the 
truth, i don't care for them... It takes a lot to freak me out usually, but i 
just have a bad feeling whenever I am around those things.  Maybe it is just 
some wierd preconcieved notions or
