As far as I know, they're still basically a manuscript-copying service. 
I didn't stop submitting stuff there because of any literary or 
copyright problems. Rather, the principals in the operation started 
getting heavily into "darkside" stuff I knew to be rather nasty -- at 
least from my own experience. I wasn't sure I wanted to be associated 
with it even by implication. I'm still not sure, even though, as 
individuals, they are decent enough people.
