Heh. I happened to channel-surf past "Encounters" the other night, and 
saw someone's "map" of the post-Earth-changes U.S.A. They think that 
somehow there's going to be a new sea where the Rockies are, while all 
that low, flat Kansas farmland manages to remain above water. No doubt 
they tremble in delighted confirmation whenever there's a quake in the 
mountain states.

I'm not averse to it, though I'm not sure how much sense I can make of
