(Assumes a deadpan expression) Actually, violet is the color for 
Aquarius, the sign ruled by Uranus, making it an appropriate enough 
color for the planet as well. ;->
Of course, that's "official" color-code; my direct experience of the 
planet's energies tends to connect more with a dayglo yellow-green 
color, just a bit more yellow than Mountain Dew. Neptune tends towards 
mauve, and Pluto seems like fractured silver over black.
